Ive been hyperfixating on cleaning/organising, journalling and wedding planning, and I’ve realised I can’t seem to do more than a few of those at a time, cause if I focus on getting social back online, something will fall off that pile and I’ll have to work back up into the rhythm of it again
Medication has been helping, but some things I still struggle with. (I’ll be back soon, I’ll figure it out)
